  1. Challenge Studio Sp. z o.o. pays particular importance to respect the privacy of users visiting Challenge Studio website www.challengestudio.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Website”)
  2. The administrator of your personal data provided in the field of the website is Challenge Studio Sp. z o.o., e-mail: contact@challengestudio.pl (hereinafter: “Administrator”)
  3. We process data that you provide or leave as part of your use of the Website. These are: data that you provide to the Administrator, for example, within the forms or windows available on the Website, as well as data that you leave as you navigate the Website, that is, the cookie files and the IP address of your device.
  4. The administrator processes personal data in order to:
    1. Performing a contract on the Administrator – user line (hereinafter: “Services”). The legal basis is art. 6 par. 1 lit b) RODO – indispensability to perform the contract to which the User is a party. Duration  – until the contract expires between you and the Administrator. However, these data can be processed also after the expiration of this contract, but only if it is allowed in the light of applicable law, e.g. for the purpose of claiming.
    2. Marketing (including analyzing and profiling data for marketing purposes) of the Administrator’s products and services. The legal basis is aArt. 6 par. 1 lit. f) RODO – legitimate interest of the administrator. Duration – until the user reports opposition.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data marked as necessary to provide the Services will make it impossible to provide the service.
  6. The recipients of personal data will be: external entities providing and supporting Administrator’s IT systems, providing services related to the day-to-day activities of the Administrator – pursuant to relevant agreements entrusting the processing of personal data and ensuring the use of the above-mentioned entities with adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection. Your data may also be prepared for entities authorized to obtain it on the basis of applicable law, eg law enforcement authorities in the event of a request being made by the authority on the appropriate legal basis (eg for the needs of pending criminal proceedings).
  7. Your personal data may be subject to profiling.
  8. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing and have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Office for Personal Data Protection).
  10. If your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can also use the right to withdraw consent to the extent to which your personal data is processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  11. If your data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the Service (data is necessary to provide the service) you can also use the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from your Administrator personal data, in a structured, commonly used format suitable for for machine reading. You can send this data to another data administrator.
