Challenge

In order to develop its online potential, La Mania had to effectively transfer the offline shopping experience to the Internet. The previous platform did not fully reflect the quality of the premium brand, and the needs of two different customer groups meant different shopping paths that were not taken into account. This meant that the brand's potential was not fully utilized in the rapidly developing Polish fashion e-commerce.

In 2018, CHALLENGE Studio had opportunity to work on refreshing online store for famous Polish fashion brand LaMania. The goal of the project was to increase conversion rate, create modern and functional store and build a sense of premium brand. The project started with discovery and research stage which was held along side with specialist from Estruktorzy. We moved to conceptual works which resulted in lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes. The new store designed by CHALLENGE was developed on Magento 2 by a group of specialists from MONOGO.
